Who I Am

I'm a senior software engineer and technical consultant. I help SaaS teams find and fix architecture risks and infrastructure cost waste before they become outages or budget crises. I'm based in Yerevan, Armenia, working with clients globally.

I've spent over ten years building and operating production systems. On the application side: Node.js, React, TypeScript. On the operations side: Docker, Linux, custom CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and infrastructure automation. I've built and managed systems end-to-end — from database design through deployment and production operations. Most of that experience is on self-managed infrastructure, which is significantly harder than relying on managed cloud services. That depth is what I bring to every engagement.

My biggest proof point: I built and operated a high-volume consumer subscription platform — 100,000+ total sales, 5,000+ concurrent paying subscribers. Self-managed infrastructure: Docker containers, custom deployment automation, production monitoring, multi-currency payment systems, and capacity planning. I made every technical decision from architecture through shutdown. The business closed due to external regulatory and market conditions. That experience is the lens through which I evaluate infrastructure — not theory, but real production operations with real revenue on the line.
